The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate service agreement, proposal, or enrollment terms where applicable.

Clients and students are expected to understand the service terms before making payment.

All content, materials, designs, logos, code, and other assets provided or developed by us remain the intellectual property of Yep Planet Private Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Ownership of deliverables created under a client engagement is governed by the applicable service agreement.
